GIFT OPTIONS
For a memorial gift fill out the CONTACT INFO form and submit. A letter will be sent to the Honoree address by MJSF indicating a gift was given in their name. Required for a memorial or honorary gift. If the Honoree is living, indicate that information by adding (L) to the end of their name.
